Home Remedies with LINSEED LEAVES

To help development of bones and improve eyesight, eat curry (PLAY) made of Linseed leaves.
To help improve digestive power, eat  linseed leaves at least twice a month, as it is a rich source of calcium, iron and phosphorous and vitamins.
To  protect and strengthen the bones and make the teeth and gums healthier, eat linseed  leaves boiled and made in to a curry with Jaggery.
